Techniques such as using several colors to add highlighting effects, layering using different lengths and sizes to achieve a soft, feathery look, and bridging to fill in sparse areas will be explained in depth. Furthermore, the student will learn how to apply lashes to dress and emphasize different eye shapes. The Xtreme Lashes™ workshop is conducted by the leading eyelash extension stylists in the industry who will extend their expertise to you and guide you through a full application. During your application, the trainer will pinpoint specific areas of improvement and assist you in troubleshooting to ensure correct application. Prerequisites: Must be certified with Xtreme Lashes™ Must have completed at least 20 procedures. Additional Information: The workshop begins at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 6:00 p.m. Lunch is from noon to 1:00 p.m. The student will provide his/her own model. The model will be admitted into the workshop between 11:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m. Models generally available upon request. Please advise customer service at least 14 days prior to your workshop of whether or not you will need Xtreme Lashes™ to provide a model. Benefits: Earn an Xtreme Lashes™ Advanced Training Certificate: Successful completion of the Advanced Training Workshop is the first step to becoming an Xtreme Lashes™ Advanced Professional. You will receive an Advanced Certification Submission form with your Xtreme Lashes Advanced Training Workbook during training. Once you have performed several successful lash extension applications, please fill out your form and submit it along with the specified ‘Before’ and ‘After’ photos to apply for your Xtreme Lashes Certificate of Completion. Upon approval you will be sent your Advanced Certificate and become eligible to apply for additional benefits available only to Certified Xtreme Lashes™ Advanced Professionals. As a Certified Xtreme Lashes™ Advanced Professional listed on our directory you will be eligible to receive referrals if the consumer is in your city or state. Refund Policy: There is a non-refundable charge of £100 should you CANCEL your workshop MORE THAN seven (7) days prior to your scheduled training date. If you cancel your workshop WITHIN 1 (one) to 7 (seven) days prior to your scheduled workshop date, a non-refundable charge of £150 will apply. If you do not cancel your workshop prior to the workshop date – we will not be able to refund any of your workshop fee. Rescheduling: Should you need to reschedule your workshop for any reason MORE THAN seven (7) days prior to your scheduled training date you may do so free of charge. Should you need to reschedule your workshop for any reason WITHIN one (1) to seven (7) days prior to your scheduled training date, a non-refundable charge of £75 will apply. If you do not reschedule prior to the workshop date it will be considered a cancellation if you do not attend and we will be unable to refund any of your workshop fee.
